All K í T orders are despatched next-day from the Mornington Peninsula and sent via Australia Post.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number so you can track your order from our door to yours!
Standard shipping service
If you’re in the Melbourne area, you may receive your K í T order within 1-2 days (except for weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times across the rest Australia vary;
Metro and City areas: 1-4 days
Perth and Tasmania: 5-7 days
Regional areas: 7-10 days
The above suggested timeframes may vary during seasonal periods.
Need your K í T in a hurry?
We offer a flat rate fee of $15 for express shipping via Australia Post.
Next business day delivery covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Please choose your K í T carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind. This policy doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We have strict quality requirements, processes and carefully inspect your K í T prior to despatch. If you have a manufacturing fault, we will happily exchange it and we will also refund the cost of return shipment.
If you believe you have received a K í T that is faulty, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include these details to:
- your original order number
- your name and contact details
- the name of the item/s
- photos of faults that you wish to claim against
We will email you further instructions on how to return your K í T.
Once we’ve received the returned item/s we will have your product assessed, if deemed faulty we’ll send out your replacement as soon as possible.
